The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our academic community by contributing to teaching initiatives, applied research, external engagement, and curriculum development for executive programs.

The ideal candidate should have a combination of academic qualifications, industry experience, and teaching expertise.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Educational Background:
A Ph.
D.

in a relevant field such as Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline is often preferred.

A strong academic record and evidence of scholarly contributions through research publications, conference presentations, or other academic achievements.

Industry Experience:
Substantial practical experience in the field of Data Analytics and AI, preferably in industry settings. This could include work in data-driven decision-making, machine learning, data mining, or related areas.

Proven track record of applying data analytics and AI techniques to real-world business problems, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry applications.


Teaching Experience:
Previous experience in teaching Data Analytics and AI courses at executive educations, MBAs, Custom programs, Open and Postgraduate Programs.
Strong pedagogical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and theories to students with diverse backgrounds.
Evidence of innovative and effective teaching methods, potentially including the use of real-world case studies, projects, or industry collaborations.

Networking and Industry Connections:

Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain connections with industry professionals and organizations in the field of Data Analytics and AI.

Collaboration with businesses or research institutions to enhance the program's practical and applied aspects.
Experience in designing and developing curriculum for Data Analytics and AI programs, ensuring alignment with industry trends and standards. Adaptability to incorporate emerging technologies and methodologies into the curriculum.

Communication and Leadership Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, colleagues, and industry partners. Leadership qualities and the ability to contribute to the overall academic and strategic goals of the business school.
Your Skills and Attributes for Success: PhD in a relevant area or equivalent professional experience.
Expertise in Data Analytics ans AI. Experience in teaching interdisciplinary programs, especially in executive education.
Knowledge of current teaching and learning methods in executive education.
Experience in applied research and projects with industry.
