Position Summary
We are looking for an Employee Facing Solutions Manager reporting to the People Experience and ELC Global Lead.

In this role, you will design, oversee, and improve the experience that Nestle employees have with HR business services front end solutions.

The solutions encompass contact center operations, information search engines and chatbot technologies. You will focus on delivering experience which every employee would like to use and recommend to others.

A day in the life of...

  • You engage with our employees to learn, understand, and try their experience with frontend solutions.
  • You visualize employee experience through Employee Journey Maps, focusing on touchpoints and their emotional impact.
  • You identify opportunities for better experiences and turn them into improvements pipeline.
  • You mobilize and lead cross functional task force teams to turn design into prototypes.
  • You share your knowledge and exchange with our global networks to promote good practices and scale up innovation.
  • You communicate the experience levels and improvements through meaningful and employeecentric metrics, building common understanding based on data.

What will make you successful

  • At least 2 years' experience in positions related to customer service management or contact center management.
  • Functional experience of contact center telephony systems, request management, chatbots.
  • Understanding of customer experience measures and ability to draw insights from data for driving factbased improvements.
  • Strong English communication skills to share your ideas and convince others.
