We started CASAFARI with a mission to organize the real estate market into an efficient data-powered ecosystem to enable and accelerate deals through a transparent and safe B2B platform.
CASAFARI isn't just another data aggregator:
it's an entire operating system that powers real estate agents in real-time, removing asymmetry of knowledge, accelerating transactions and opening up new opportunities for iBuyers, property developers, investors and Q-commerce operators and beyond to reach their investment objectives.
Your role:
Accounts Receivable
- Support the daytoday operations of the AR function
- Manage and streamline billing and collection processes
- Undertake debt collection efforts
- Interact with clients
- Liaise with other teams, namely Sales, Software Dev, Business Intelligence and Customer Success
- Create, implement, maintain and improve policies, procedures, controls and internal tools
Accounts Payable
- Process invoices and staff expenses
- Prepare payments
- Contact and dealing with suppliers queries
- Participate in the purchasing process
Others
- Collect and organize documentation and key information
- Support the monthend closing
- Undertake AR and AP accounts reconciliation
- Prepare adhoc analysis and reports
- Participate in the internal processes improvement
We are looking for:
- Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus)
- Good command of Microsoft Office, namely Excel, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work autonomously, owning the projects/activities end to end
- A proactive, 'let's get things done' attitude geared towards continuous improvement
- Ability to build strong relationships, and leverage those relationships to drive results
- Great communication and collaboration skills to partner and engage with multiple stakeholders
