Your mission at Webhelp


We are bringing a Technical Support Advisor on board to support us in maintaining our business quality standards and achieving high-level production performance.

What you will be doing at Webhelp

As a Technical Support Advisor, you will:

  • Maintain client relationships through product support and troubleshooting.
  • Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment and through a ticketing tool
  • Gather information from customers.

We'll be a great match if you:

  • Have high level of portuguese (written and oral).
  • Familiarity/aptitude with smart electronical devices concerning audio video and home appliances
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in nontechnical terms)
  • Ability to operate in high pressure situations
  • Keen sense of technical curiosity
Preferred skills

  • Six months or more experience in frontline technical customer service role preferred
  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent job experience preferred
  • Familiar with ticketing systems is preferred but not necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
