The Operations Coordinator will be one of the key members at our Bolt Market local team and you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of our the dark stores.

To succeed in this role a person must be smart, work hard, and be focused on execution and achieving business results in a simple yet smart way.

Supporting Bolt Market store operations.

You will be the main point of contact for any operational issues and key performance indicators of your assigned dark store.

Accepting deliveries from suppliers, pick and pack orders during scheduled shifts in the store.

Managing all warehouse operations including store picker team, training new pickers, inventory, stock levels, equipment, systems, new functionalities implementations, day to day tasks.

Following and enforcing safety standards and procedures in compliance with a healthy work environment and legal requirements at Bolt Market Store.

Optimizing the operational efficiency of the dark stores and the operating costs.
Controlling that all KPIs are in line with our operating standards.
Flagging risks and reporting issues via dedicated communication channels.
Ensuring our Warehouse management system inventories are up to date.

Our WMS would be your close ally, and you'll be responsible for making sure that it is updated with our latest assortment.

You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You are detail-oriented and organised.
You have the availability to work on the weekends, early morning or nights if needed.
You have experience in sharing economy, tech business, transport industry, startup or dynamic high-growth company.
