A well-established Spanish company acting in the Chemicals distribution sector is looking for a Sales Engineer experienced in Paints/Coatings.

Your mission will be to execute commercial activities to achieve planned sales targets in accordance with the company's commercial strategy and customer needs.

Your main responsibilities will be:


• Advising customers on product applications, results, features, and suitability, including troubleshooting and problem solving;

• Conducting sales visits to determine the real needs of customers and promoting the products represented;

• Promoting and getting customers to carry out real tests with the marketed products;

• Prospecting and carrying out market studies to collaborate in the definition of the company's commercial strategy by the General and Technical Management;

• Informing about sales and contracting conditions, as well as to monitor the actual status of the customer's compliance with the conditions;

• Editing necessary reports on customers/markets/products to fulfil reporting obligations to the Represented Parties.

For this role you need to have a degree in Chemical Engineering and/or Pharmacy and experience selling strategic products to the Paints/Coatings sector. It is very important that you have strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Also, you will need to be someone who obviously loves to travel frequently

Apart from the Portuguese language, English and Spanish proficiency is required, and any other language is a plus.
