A ) OBJECTIVO DA FUNÇÃO:

Prestar suporte técnico nos processos de fabricação, equipamentos e ferramentas para assegurar a manutenção de níveis elevados de segurança, qualidade, eficiência, produtividade e capacidade na fabricação, equipamentos e ambiente de trabalho.

B) RESPONSIBILIDADES E DEVERES:

  • Prestar assistência técnica (produto; fábrica; departamento) nos equipamentos mecânicos, elétricos, eletrónicos, pneumáticos, etc.
  • Auxiliar tecnicamente a receção de equipamentos novos (instalação, validação e arranque). Realizar diagnósticos, manutenção (preventiva e corretiva).
  • Executar os serviços de manutenção (corretiva; preventiva; preditiva/inspeção; otimização atividade/sistema), reparação, substituições e ajustes em geral.
  • Realizar as manutenções preventivas dos equipamentos conforme atividades específicas para cada tipo de preventiva.
  • Testar o equipamento, sempre que possível, antes e depois das intervenções e tomar ações corretivas, caso necessário, bem como recomendações que possam evitar reincidências de defeitos e possibilitar a melhor performance dos equipamentos;
  • Diagnosticar as causas de defeitos e tomar as ações corretivas necessárias;
  • Zelar pela manutenção, limpeza, conservação, guarda e controlo de todo o material, aparelhos e equipamentos.
  • Orientar operadores sobre a utilização adequada dos equipamentos.
  • Apoiar e implementar técnicas de produção desenvolvidas na organização (Apoio Visual, 5S etc.).
  • Liderar e participar nas atividades de resolução de problemas.
  • Cumprir com normas de ambiente, saúde e segurança no trabalho, qualidade e produtividade.
  • Cumprir com as regras da organização e os regulamentos internos: Código de Ética, prática e o horário
  • Respeitar as regras de segurança e limpeza do posto de trabalho.
  • Respeitar e cumprir as regras de Política de Gestão Ambiental, Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho
  • Participar ativamente na melhoria continua da Política de Gestão Ambiental, Saúde e Segurança no Trabalho
  • Executar outras tarefas não compreendidas na atividade para a qual foi contratado, quando necessidades ou conveniência de serviço o justifiquem, pelo período de tempo necessário às referidas necessidades ou conveniências de serviço. C) QUALIFICAÇÕES REQUERIDAS: FORMAÇÃO e/ou EXPERIÊNCIA:
  • Licenciatura em mecânica, eletromecânica, eletrónica, manutenção industrial, automação ou área afim.
  • Experiência anterior em função semelhante será valorizada
  • Problem Solving (5W; Ishikawa; PDCA; 8D) (preferencial)
  • Conhecimentos do funcionamento de máquinas (mecânica, pneumática, eletrónica, eletricidade, etc) (valorizado)
  • Interpretação de esquemas de máquinas e elétricos (valorizado)
  • Conhecimentos das normas da indústria automóvel (valorizado)
  • Conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador
  • Conhecimentos de Inglês
  • Fluente em Português
  • Conhecimentos em contexto de produção em linha na indústria automóvel (valorizado).
