This is an excellent opportunity to learn and build skills in .NET enterprise development and on MVC/React/ REST/WebAPI/Micro-services/Azure Services in an Agile Scrum team.

The Corporate Functions systems are all high availability multi-tier platforms, some of them exploring Microsoft D365 Platform, SharePoint Online and Azure Services using the latest .Net patterns and practices.

The candidate will be required to fully understand the business processes and liaise directly with end-users and business analysts. The candidate will deliver on new requirements, change requests, any defects and assist with strategic technology decisions.

As a Software Developer – Trainee, you will:

Work in a structured managed SDLC environment;Estimation of effort required to deliver requirements and/or stories;Identifying and raising risks and issues throughout the workstream lifecycle;Prioritizing and sequencing work items;Work with developers and the BA team to understand user/business requirements;Collaborate with the development team to keep the platform up to date and relevant;Assisting on building test automation into the delivery;Champion and promote high-quality software delivery;Troubleshooting failures, working with all parties to understand the underlying root cause;Provide 3rd line application support.


In addition, you'll need the following key skills:

BSc/ MSc in IT-related-fields - IEFP Level VI Microsoft D365 Platform, SharePoint Online and Azure Services using the latest .Net patterns and practices.

Strong relationship and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritizing effectively.
