Gestão de Infraestruturas e Plataformas .


Local de Trabalho:
Lisboa ou Porto

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Gestão e manutenção de aplicações tendo por base ferramentas opensource;
  • Gestão e acompanhamento de contratos de aplicações;
  • Gestão de pedidos e incidentes de forma a garantir continuidade de serviços;
  • Gestão de pedidos para resolução de vulnerabilidades;
  • Investigação de incidentes e execução de medidas mitigadoras com vista à sua resolução e documentação.

Que tipo de perfil procuramos?

  • Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia de Informática ou outros cursos de engenharia equivalentes;
  • Experiência profissional máximo de 3 anos em atividades relacionadas com gestão aplicacional;
  • Conhecimentos de:
  • ServiceNOW e discovery com ServiceNOW;
  • Monitorização de infraestrutura e aplicações;
  • Conhecimento e implementação de scripts em Power Shell, Shell Scripting;
  • Metodologia agile;
  • Investigação e gestão de vulnerabilidades em aplicações, propondo mecanismos de mitigação (a valorizar).
  • Certificação ITIL (a valorizar);
  • Iniciativa e proatividade, trabalho em equipa e boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal são características que valorizamos;
  • Domínio da língua portuguesa e conhecimentos da língua Inglesa;
  • Disponibilidade para deslocações no país e para integrar Escala de Disponibilidade.
