Randstad SSC is the specialized area within Randstad focused on Shared Service Centers.
Our client, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, is currently seeking to expand their team and is in search of a Buyer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute P2I Purchasing activities such as Quality-check on PR, Purchase Order Generation, and Tracking of Goods & Services.
- Manage Vendor Creation & Maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to Procurement Policies and standards SLAs.
- Update standard routines for legal or process changes.
- Provide Stakeholder & Key User Services including Service Desk and End User Training & Support.
- Participate in monitoring SLAs, KPIS, and continuous improvement programs.
- Collaborate with Global Procurement and GBS teams in the P2P process.
- Manage sourcing activities for Tail Spend.
- Support efficiency projects at Local, Regional, and Global levels.
- Conduct Third-party due diligence process and ensure connection with Invoicing Team.
- Implement new tools and systems.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a procurement organization.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM, supplier qualification, and supply markets.
- Proficiency in English, additional languages such as German, Spanish, Italian, or French are a plus.
- Experience in SAP-MM, strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
