Randstad SSC is the specialized area within Randstad focused on Shared Service Centers.


Our client, a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, is currently seeking to expand their team and is in search of a Buyer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute P2I Purchasing activities such as Quality-check on PR, Purchase Order Generation, and Tracking of Goods & Services.
  • Manage Vendor Creation & Maintenance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to Procurement Policies and standards SLAs.
  • Update standard routines for legal or process changes.
  • Provide Stakeholder & Key User Services including Service Desk and End User Training & Support.
  • Participate in monitoring SLAs, KPIS, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with Global Procurement and GBS teams in the P2P process.
  • Manage sourcing activities for Tail Spend.
  • Support efficiency projects at Local, Regional, and Global levels.
  • Conduct Third-party due diligence process and ensure connection with Invoicing Team.
  • Implement new tools and systems.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a procurement organization.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP MM, supplier qualification, and supply markets.
  • Proficiency in English, additional languages such as German, Spanish, Italian, or French are a plus.
  • Experience in SAP-MM, strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
