  • In our Talent Acquisition department (TA) we bundle all local recruiting initiatives for Siemens Mobility Portugal. This includes all activities related to our hiring managers and applicants both on an operative as well as strategic level. We are now searching you as a Senior Recruiter in Portugal.
What are my responsibilities?

  • In your new role you are having sole responsibility for the endtoend recruiting processes and local recruiting strategies for our fastgrowing Software business in Portugal
  • You are closely collaborating with local HR Business Partners and HR Expert Teams to ensure a stateoftheart recruiting in Portugal
  • You are ensuring the assessment and selection of external and internal applicants
  • You are on your home turf when sourcing for Tec talents proactively
  • You represent Siemens Mobility as an "Employer of Choice" for Tec talents.
What experience is required?

  • You are holding a bachelor's or Master degree (or a comparable higher education)
  • You have gained at least 4 years experience as a TA Expert specifically in the area of software and Tec
  • You have advanced Sourcing skills (even beyond the common career platforms)
  • You have proven stakeholder management skills able to advise and influence also senior level business stakeholder
  • Portuguese is preferred as mother tongue, your fluent Business English language skills are mandatory
