Who you are

• MSc/BSc. Degree in Engineering
• Prior experience in a similar role; however, if you've worked in other production or continuous improvement positions, we'd love to meet you.
• Logical thinking coupled with a practical, hands-on approach will be beneficial for your daily tasks.
• A team player mindset to collaborate and foster relationships in a diverse, international environment and within your team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Your activities

• Utilize production resources and sales forecasts to create production plans and estimate the necessary equipment and resources for product manufacturing.
• Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to define manufacturing processes and calculate machine and operator loads.
• Monitor production operations and assess production data to ensure timely material flow to meet production demands.
• Adjust schedules to manage backlogs, design modifications, and material or labor shortages.
• Generate work orders for production or procurement requests based on production schedules.
• Experience with SAP ERP system is advantageous.
• Occasional willingness to travel.
