As a Quality Assurance Trainee, you will guarantee that Purchase Requests and Orders of different Infineon entities are completed with accurate and valid information, thus playing a key role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the processes:
In this new role, you will be responsible for:



Purchase Order Handling:
Verify and validate all Purchase Order Requests according to the defined quality checking through the ARIBA MyBuy Portal and
monitor the delivery of missing information to complete the ordering process;


Purchase Order submission , change, and closing;

  • Yearly
    renewal of procurement contracts and quality checks during contract creation;

Handling of Order Confirmation submitted by our suppliers;


You are a great communicator with a strong customer orientation and the ability to work independently and structure your work.

Furthermore, you are eager to learn new skills and help the team produce quality with a focus on completion.

You are best equipped for this role if you:

  • Have a
    degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations or equivalent fields;
  • Have good knowledge of
    MS Office Tools ;
  • Have a good command of
    English and
    German (mandatory).
