Product Specialist Logistics Import&Export/Trade Compliance Lisbon

Capgemini Portugal is currently looking for a Product Specialist Logistics Import&Export/Trade Compliance to join one of the worlds most prestigious and innovative companies in the luxury industry.

To leverage Lisbons tech spirit and infuse it into its brand-new Tech Competence Centre, our Client is looking to reinforce its technical capabilities on state-of-the-art technology and respond to the growth of their business. Their Lisbon teams will be an extension of its central Group Platforms teams and will be fully integrated in the core technology workforce. They look forward to welcoming their TCC employees and onboarding them on an exciting adventure managing modern solutions and innovative technologies through global, scaled platforms to create business value with pace and agility.

Responsibilities

Acting as SAP GTS Functional Consultant, you will participate in Projects related to the Global Trade Area: Trade Preference, Customs Management and Trade Compliance.

Ensure that the Global Trade solutions designed are well integrated with the Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, Manufacturing and Article Master Data processes of the SAP ERP system.

Contribute in developing the existing Template solution & provide expert support for the Functional scope.

Academic Background

Bachelors or Master's degree in information technology or Management, Economics or similar;

Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in SAP project implementation as project member in the SAP GTS area.

Experience in the SAP GTS Trade Preference application (applied to Swiss Free Trade Agreements and/or EU FTAs).

Experience in the SAP GTS Customs Management application (e.g. EDEC & NCTS transit (now PASSAR)).

Knowledge of standard SAP ERP Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing and Distribution flows, for GTS integration purpose.

Experience about SPL (Sanction Party List) is a plus.

Proficiency in English is mandatory, French is a strong plus.

Highly self-motivated and focused.

Ability to work efficiently in a multi-cultural environment.

Interview Process

Our team will actively review all applications. If your application is selected, we will reach out to you for an informal introductory call.

The next step will be meeting our Clients team for a technical interview with team members, selected candidates will move to final interview with the Hiring Manager and HR team. Additional rounds may be engaged on a case-by-case basis.

For this role you will be initially offered a contract for Capgemini Portugal. More details will be shared during the interview process.
