We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Security department.

What do you do in a day?

• Oversees the daily activities of service providers by conducting quality reviews and effective reports.
• Concentrate all administrative task in one point.
• Review group reports and prepare to discuss during weekly Security weekly review.
• Police information requests. we need to check different systems and prepare the official answer within the deadline as requested by the different Police units of Spain.
• Verify invoices from Security Vendors, general ledger provisions.
• Cost analysis.
• Prepare and present the corresponding LPOs.
• Other administrative tasks inherent to the role.

What do we expect from you?

• Vocational degree. Bachelor ́s degree will be value.
• Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Results orientation.
• Problem solving.
• Work schedule: 09:0014:00, Monday to Friday.
