What you will be doing Actively contribute to the SAP Basis & SAP Cloud Team within our client's organization.

Design the future operational model and define the operational governance and SLA-based management of providers, such as defining new BTP support models.

Utilize your service management skills to operate our client's enterprise SAP environment and enhance the efficiency of the support network continuously.

Provide support to develop and maintain highly reliable SAP environments within a hybrid setup involving BTP, AWS, and on-premise technology.

Lead the design and implementation of new features and technologies in collaboration with the SAP Basis Team and external service providers.

Act as a consultant, assisting other stakeholders in enabling their projects. What you will bring Hands-on experience, including managing challenging providers as part of the tasks. Strong knowledge in the field of SAP Basis. Experience with ITIL/general enterprise frameworks. Expertise in provider management. Familiarity with SAP system architecture, specifically R/3 and/or S/4, BTP (preferably). Proficiency in DevOps tools and automation (preferably).
