Job PurposeEstimates total project cost at completion for complex projectsDevelops, updates and maintains project budget and forecasting Leads all cost control activities within a project, operational role.

Functions as a critical support partner to the project manager, providing insights and advice on the progress and profitability of the project.

Job Description

  • Sets up Cost Control Procedures, responsible for the financial management of projects
  • Sets up Budgets and the specific tool to follow the project costs
  • Estimates Total Forecasts, Quantity / Costs and Expected Outcomes
  • Provides support to the Risk Manager to prepare the Quantitative Risk Analysis
  • Approves commitment control and vendor/subcontractors invoice
  • Assists Project Managers in optimizing and improving the budgeted profits
  • Prepares change orders / claims, and follows up
  • Generates monthly internal reports and periodic reviews
  • Develops cash flows
  • Prepares- out reports, with a view towards improving feedback data and estimation tools on future contracts / proposals
Complies with and implements both company and client HSE Management System objectives and procedures, as well as Quality standards and policies, and other applicable company proceduresYou are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or equivalent
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in related field
  • Professional English
  • Knowledge of cost control tools and methodologies
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
