Manager Finance Excellence

WHAT YOU WILL DO


You, as our Manager Finance Excellence, will lead consolidation process and orchestrate financial planning and forecasting cycles across entire ELMAC region.

You are responsible for maintenance, improvement and optimization of "Wizard tool" which is the backbone of regional planning process.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Manage consolidation process across 80+ markets within ELMAC region
  • Develop and maintain financial forecasting models
  • Maintain digital finance framework ("Wizard tool")
  • Create and maintain financial dashboards to ensure realtime visibility of performance by using Tableau software
  • Build and maintain financial information leveraging Excel VBA and Alteryx
  • Support ad hoc finance analysis and activities
  • Support FP&A projects and participate in wider crossfunctional initiatives
  • Develop and maintain databases for financial data management
  • Drive data quality and integrity in the Hyperion, SAP, Diagnostics & ANAPLAN and ensure all reporting systems are accurate.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders in a crossmatrix organization to ensure planning process is being executed properly

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, consolidation, and database management preferably in multicontinental environment
  • Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication
  • Advanced Excel VBA skills
  • Experience in data analytics and visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Selfdriven professional with high level of accountability
  • Controlling mindset and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Preferred requirements:

  • Qualified or part qualified accountant
  • Working knowledge of IS systems
  • Basic knowledge of US GAAP
  • Qualified or part qualified accountant
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI and Alteryx/Tableau Prep
