HRB Solutions is currently hiring for a multinational company that specializes in biotechnology applied to the pharmaceutical area. Following its consolidation and growth, our Client is searching for a Data Analyst Trainee for the Biopharmaceutical Industry .
Responsibilities Análise, monitorização e validação de dados recolhidos e armazenados; Extrair e traduzir dados empresariais em dados estatísticos; Recorrer a ferramentas de visualização de dados – ex: Tableau ou Alteryx – para desenvolver e supervisionar dashboards suscetíveis de fornecer insights ao Cliente; Implementar processos e/ou ferramentas que garantam a qualidade dos dados; Desenvolver modelos de dados com o objetivo de criar insights referentes às vendas dos produtos do Cliente; Sintetizar informações de forma a torná-las acessíveis à rede; Propor soluções de problemas inerentes às soluções propostas/implementadas. Using reporting and data visualization tools (Tableau, Alteryx) to develop new and maintain existing reporting dashboards and to deliver insight and drive action for the affiliate team. Understand, optimize, and improve Alteryx Workflows; Implementing Data Quality processes/tools.; Developing new and existing data models that are tailored to create insights about the sales of the Client's products; Build and maintain data governance with scalable processes, refresh scheduling, security, and monitoring of report quality; Write Technical documentation of data models and applications; Supporting wider business units on an ad hoc basis. Qualifications Licenciado na área de Engenharia Informática, Estatística Aplicada, Matemática ou área relevante para a função; Fluência em inglês, oral e escrita (obrigatório); Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador (Excel obrigatório); Conhecimentos médios de SQL; Experiência com ferramentas de análises de dados – ex: PowerBI e Tableau (preferencial); Atenção ao detalhe, rigor e à priorização de tarefas; Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, organização e responsabilidade; Fortes competências a nível de análise, resolução de problemas e de relacionamento interpessoal. University Degree in Applied Statiscs, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or related majors; Fluency in English, oral and written (mandatory); Good computer skills from a user's perspective (Windows/Office); Medium knowledge of SQL; Experience with data analysis tools – e.g. PowerBI or Tableau; Strong skills in terms of analysis, attention to detail, problem solving and prioritization of tasks; Excellent oral/written communication skills, organization and responsibility; Self-motivated, able to work independently, curious, and willing to learn.
