  • We are looking for a Sales Consultant with a passion for fashion to join our team
  • Your main objectives as a Sales Consultant will be to create a memorable experience for our customers, enthusiastically transmitting your passion for the brand and helping them to find what they are looking for with a friendly and helpful attitude. As well as achieving the goals of the store and, last but not least, keeping the store properly organized and updated with the necessary products.
  • Our dream is that all customers feel and share our brand identity, so that they are willing to return to our stores. We need you to make that happen

Responsabilities:

Function Responsibilities:

  • Customer experience: Attracting and retaining customers, paying attention to every detail and providing the highest quality service, reflecting the brand's values.
  • Sales: achieving the commercial objectives of the store and the KPIS, conveying the brand's differential value to customers.
  • Store operations: working as a team, carrying out inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, among others, so that the point of sale works correctly.
  • Store image: keep the store properly organized, following the visual standards, as well as being updated with the necessary products to offer a quality service.
  • Cultural fit: Caring for and being part of a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork.
