Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007.
We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems.
We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.
What are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation / Electrical Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering with 6 to 8 years in SCADA and Historian;
Expertise in working with IBA application;
Skilled at understanding Visual Basic and .NET languages;
Relational database experience with SQL, developing queries, and using Visual Studio, historian database, Java/Python script;
Expertise in integration with OPC server products like Kepware, REST/Web APIs;
Understanding of PLC programming, Industrial communication protocols Modbus TCP/IP, MQTT, Ethernet IP, Profibus, etc., integrations;
Experience in plant/machine connectivity supporting MES applications;
Experience in integrating tools net is preferable;
The role requires the developer to support existing install bases as well as contribute towards enhancements / minor developments globally;
Supporting break fix issues with existing SCADA, historian, and reporting applications;
Analysing plant server health and digging into performance problems development Focus;
Working closely with plant partners to understand SCADA and automation enhancement requirements;
Building/extending/enhancing features and functionalities;
Support in creating new machine models, IO tags, alarms, error messages, historian views, and meaningful graphic/metrics;
Developing and maintaining well-documented and reusable code following established standards;
Adhering to change management and code versioning policies.
