So, what are we looking for?

Croatian speakers with good commands in English

Your mission:

  • With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of Handling customer requests by answering incoming calls.
  • Answer to customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring a highquality service is provided.
  • Providing product and tool support to improve customers' experience.
  • Administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating.

Your profile:

  • Croatian fluent or bilingual with good commands in English;
  • Computer literacy (easily browse different software programs in parallel);
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (you are comfortable communicating with customers using several channels).
  • Ability to multitask by working independently, while being a team player.
