Our Opportunity-to-Cash business line provides a variety of transactional and digital services - from lead generation to the collection of incoming payments. We also provide services related to Quotation, Offer and Contract Management, Order Management & Logistics, Cash Collection, and much more Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters? Your mission will be... Greeting and Assisting Callers: Provide a warm and professional greeting, assist with inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel. Handling Complaints: Listen to and address customer complaints efficiently, aiming to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction. Providing Information: Offer accurate information about products, services, company policies, and procedures. Receiving Messages: Accurately record messages and ensure they are delivered promptly to the appropriate individuals. Routing Calls: Efficiently route calls to the correct department or individual. Managing Call Volume: Handle a high volume of calls in a timely manner, ensuring that each caller receives appropriate attention. We are looking for someone with... Excellent Communication: Clear, articulate, and professional communication skills. Empathy and Patience: Ability to understand and empathize with customers' needs and concerns. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with telephone systems, CRM software, and basic computer applications. Professionalism: Consistent demonstration of professional behavior and attitude. Fluent in French (able to communicate freely with customers and sales managers) SAP knowledge (Module MM/FI and SD, others will be a plus) What you can expect from us...
