About the job

  • The 3PAM Account Manger works within the Securities Transaction Management Department and is responsible for the processing and follow up of the main processes, report and followup on instructions in repair and to settle, internal and external query management, investigation and reconciliation, focus on risk, client and client's value added services. The 3PAM Account Manger works with multiple Asset Managers and internal departments, specifically the local branches

Your Main Activities Are

  • Management of clients' activity in Third party Asset Managers (3pAM) multilocations model by processing client's instructions, check and monitor failed instructions, and provide the correct update
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the clients specificities, market requirements, internal processes and tools.
  • Ensure client specificities databases and internal procedures are known and updated
  • Ensure that the checklist's tasks are duly executed, in line with internal procedures and market rules and/or guidelines therefore mitigating costs and operational risk
  • Communicate effectively with Clients, ensuring a close followup on any pending investigation and provide direct support on the daily activites including operational and processing knowledge
  • Contribute to the overall successful running of the Department whilst respecting BNP Paribas rules and guidelines in terms of Compliance, Risk and Conduct
  • Report and/or escalate any sensitive or risky situation to the management

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Knowledge in MS Office Pack (Excel)
  • Abillity to collaborate / Teamwork
  • Attention to detail / rigor
  • Ability to deliver / results driven
  • Communication skills, both oral and written
  • Analytical ability
