What can you expect?

  • Our goal is to coach talented people aligned with our culture and values to be integrated in our teams at the end of the programme.
  • From day one you'll have the opportunity to experience handson a reallife project situation integrated in one of our teams.
  • During the selection phase we will assess your skills and preferences to match you with one of our projects working as a software engineer.
  • As part of a team you will contribute actively to all stages of software life cycle development from design, specification, implementation, testing and deployment providing technical expertise but also critical and constructive insight.
  • A tutor will be available to coach you, help you build your personal training and development plan and give you regular feedback on your progress.
  • This is an opportunity to experience a multinational and multicultural environment.
  • Depending on the project you can have a short international experience in one of our offices in Europe.
  • Promoting a healthy and happy workplace is part of our DNA so you will have plenty of opportunities to socialize and have fun with your colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

  • Recently graduated (less than 2 years professional experience) in one of the following areas:

Informatics Engineering/Computer Science/Information Systems and TI:

  • Solid knowledge of object oriented programming languages and development frameworks;
  • Good understanding of software engineering lifecycle and architecture principles;
  • SQL and Data Modelling.
