Tarefas:

Planejar e executar implantação de produtos em larga escala, reconfiguração, atualizações, avaliação de desempenho e solução de problemas e serviços de auditoria técnica;
Resolução de desafios técnicos e questões de negócio relacionadas com a Plataforma OutSystems;
Compartilhar as melhores práticas para tornar as equipes de Clientes melhores e mais eficientes;
Faça parte da mudança, encaminhando feedback e influenciando o gerenciamento de produtos, contribuindo para a qualidade e o roteiro do produto;
Defender os clientes e definir maneiras de agregar continuamente valor à experiência do cliente; Compartilhe as melhores práticas para tornar as equipes de clientes melhores e mais eficientes

Requisitos:

Bases sólidas em:
Administração da plataforma Outsystems: configuração, arquitetura, dimensionamento e design, atualizar, solução de problemas

Conhecimento de:

Windows Powershell; Linguagem SQL; Rede: LANs, WANs, segmentos de rede, Internet e sistemas de intranet; Gestão de segurança: Firewalls e Load Balancers; Administração de Sistemas Windows / Linux e Avaliação de Desempenho; Experiência Amazon Web Services EC2 / Azure; Operação de servidor Web, preferencialmente Microsoft IIS; Protocolo HTTP; Experiência em funções de suporte/solução de problemas ou operações.
