Then we have the perfect opportunity for you Join us as our new Financial Controller at Infineon Porto.


As a Financial Controller, you will be a key partner for the business by facilitating effective decision-making through accurate financial information and reports.

You will need a good understanding of other financial areas to help support decision-making and problem-solving.

In your new role, you will:


  • Develops and
    prepares IFX financial plans and budgets ;
-
Compiles and
reviews the budgets for the respective parts of the organization, taking into consideration actual performance, previous expenditures, and estimated expenses and income;
-
Implements budget planning processes and
supports divisions/organizational units with their
budget planning ;

  • Conducts
    financial analysis such as
    forecasts ,
    trend analysis , or
    internal gap analysis ;
-
Supports decision-making by measuring the company's performance based on actual figures and planning;
-
Responsibility for conducting analysis and
promoting efficiency throughout the processes;
-
Contribution to projects: Independent delivery of milestones;

  • Typically
    resolves problems using existing solutions.
You are an organized and independent team player who is able to work in a structured way.

You are proactive and have excellent communication skills which enable you to network with different partners both internally and externally.

You are best equipped for this position if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Economics, Finance , or equivalent field of studies;
-
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
-
Good knowledge and understanding of IT tools - advanced skills in
Excel and experience in
SAP would be a plus;

  • Good
    analytical and
    problemsolving skills;
-
Fluency in English .
