Gestão de bolsas de investigação e de contratos de investigação:

Gestão financeira de projetos:

Contacto direto regular com os investigadores/responsáveis dos projetos;
Contactos com instituições financiadoras e outras universidades;
Gestão/Divulgação de informação científica;
Apoio à organização de eventos científicos;
Outras atribuições a nível operacional que possam surgir no âmbito do CUBE.

Perfil:

Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia, Contabilidade;
Bom domínio de ferramentas office, nomeadamente excel;
Sólidos conhecimentos de língua inglesa (nível B2 no mínimo);
Elevada capacidade analítica;
Elevada capacidade de organização, rigor e atenção ao detalhe;
Flexibilidade e capacidade de adaptação à mudança;
Elevado sentido de discrição, confidencialidade e sentido de responsabilidade;
Excelente capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita;
Fortes competências de relacionamento interpessoal e espírito de entreajuda;
Dinamismo, iniciativa e proatividade.
