Job Description:

  • Collaborate with DTI team members to prepare documentation, status reports, project proposals for decision and other related materials;
  • Develop templates and assist in analysing DTI reports, including timelines, budgets, scenario analysis and key performance indicators for decision support;
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and workshops, preparing agendas, documenting minutes and following up on actions and decisions;
  • Welcoming new internal staff (inside and outside DTI) and delivering induction activities in partnership with Human Resources and the different DTI teams.

Qualifications:

- +3 years of experience in PMO/ similar functions;

  • Experience with Jira/ MS Project/ Cofluence;
  • Ability to organise, communicate and plan;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
