About the RoleConnect Team is part of the Post Fulfill group, which provides Refund and Returns abuse prevention and dispute management to thousands of eCommerce merchants.

Connect Team is a new team with the goal to build smooth and easy onboarding components to our Product which is a major sales accelarator.

Build an infrastructure to connect Payment Gateways, Return Venders and Merchant's CRMs into our products and own the merchant onboarding experience.

What You'll Be DoingLead talented software engineers as their direct managerRun the team's Agile development process, work together with Product to set objectives and build a development plan to achieve our goalsLead the hiring of new team membersQualifications2+ years as Team Leader, working with Agile methodologies5+ years of proven hands-on experience developing multi-tenant cloud applicationsExperience in building large-scale, distributed, highly available systemsStrong technical and product vision and the ability to communicate this vision to multiple audiences.

Proven track record in successfully delivering enterprise solutions, from design to development to productionAbility to inspire, lead, and mentor high-performing senior engineersAbility to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, while still focusing on goals.

Strong customer focus, excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
