In the role of Indirect Tax Specialist, you will:

  • Be responsible for ensuring Indirect TAX EU compliance for multiple companies across various countries.
  • Review accounting records, document content, and applicability of Indirect TAX and legal regulations.
  • Prepare and submit Indirect Tax returns along with necessary compliance checks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to review transactions and request any required corrections.
  • Work closely with the Indirect Tax manager and local Accounting on Indirect TAX queries.
  • Enhance expertise, process efficiency, and compliance by continuously monitoring and implementing improvements.
  • Ensure clear and thorough documentation for all procedures.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in Indirect Taxes, Accounting, or a similar role, preferably with VAT compliance in an international environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Adaptability to identify and embrace process changes that enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Proficiency in English.
