What you'll do:
- You will implement and manage the quality assurance processes for Production to Warehouse and for Warehouse to Delivery.
- You will lead customer claim management to ensure the best customer experience and efficiency within the supply chain.
- You will create and manage KPIs for retail claims based on which the root cause analysis needs to be carried out and implementing corresponding corrective action plans.
- You will implement quality principles like 6sigma aiming towards continuous improvements.
- You will work with cross functional teams from Sales, Operations, Design and customer care.
Who we are looking for:
- You have studied engineering, supply chain management or a related field.
- You have 23 years of experience in quality management.
- Basic knowledge of quality management principles especially 6sigma concepts.
- High affinity towards data Analysis with Excel.
- Strong handson mentality, pragmatism, and ability to convince rather than push through change internally as well as externally.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are attracted by new challenges and have fun in looking for creative and out of the box solutions after a root cause analysis.
