Du bist auf der Suche nach einer ersten Auslandserfahrung, um deine Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln und in einem fremden Land zu arbeiten? Oder bist du auf der Suche nach einem langfristigen Job, um deine Karriere zu starten? Wir bieten sowohl kurzfristige (min. 3 Monate) als auch langfristige Möglichkeiten (+1 Jahr).
Du wirst für ein Unternehmen arbeiten, das sich um seine Mitarbeiter kümmert, dir die Möglichkeit bietet, zu lernen und dich beruflich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln, und all dies im erstaunlichen und neuartigen Lissabon.

Der Job.

Kennst du das Gefühl, wenn du in einer Welt feststeckst und darum kämpfst, ins nächste Level zu gelangen? Du wirst derjenige sein, der dem Benutzer Tipps gibt, das nächste Level zu erreichen.
Jemand sucht nach Ratschlägen für ein Spiel? Du wirst dafür da sein.
Installationsprobleme, Fehler? Auch hier wirst du derjenige sein, der die Situation rettet
Per Telefon oder E-Mail wirst du der Ansprechpartner der Benutzer sein und ihnen zu einem großartigen Spielerlebnis verhelfen.

Das Profil.

Das Unternehmen rekrutiert auf der Grundlage von Soft Skills, unabhängig von deinem Studienfach - sie werden dich in allen Aspekten der Arbeit schulen. Du bist kundendienstorientiert, hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, bist proaktiv und teamfähig? Dann bietet dir das Unternehmen die Gelegenheit bei ihnen einzusteigen
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist motiviert, zuverlässig und engagiert in deiner Arbeit

- Du strebst nach Exzellenz und Professionalität
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und bereit, mit vielen anderen Nationalitäten zusammenzuarbeiten

Das Angebot.

- Art des Vertrags: ein langfristiger Vertrag mit fester Laufzeit, der jedes Jahr verlängert werden kann
- Arbeitszeiten: Vollzeit- oder Teilzeitoptionen auf rotierenden Schichten (je nach Projekt)
- Gehaltsbedingungen (*) - 2 Optionen:
a) Inklusive freie Unterkunft (Wohngemeinschaft, alle Rechnungen inbegriffen): 950€ € brutto/Monat (je nach Erfahrungsniveau)
b) Ohne Unterkunft: € brutto/Monat (basierend auf Erfahrungsniveau)
- Für internationale Kandidaten:
Rückerstattung deiner ursprünglichen Flugkosten nach 9 Monaten
Abholung vom Flughafen
Jährliches Hin- und Rückflugticket in dein Heimatland (innerhalb der EU)
Hilfe bei Formalitäten, bei der Eröffnung eines Bankkontos usw. nach deiner Ankunft
- Kostenloser portugiesisch Unterricht, Kochkurse, sportliche Aktivitäten und gesellschaftliche Veranstaltungen, die von der Firma organisiert werden
- Echte Karrierechancen in verschiedenen Karrierepfaden

(*) Vergütung während der Ausbildungszeit bei Erfolg (von 1 bis 4 Wochen): 50% deines Stundenlohns (geringere Steuern)
