What you can look forward to
  • Accompanying a team on thejourney towards customer-centric value creation within an agileservice organization
  • Responsibility forimplementing agile processes and methods as well as managing andcoaching the interdisciplinary teams
  • Planning and moderating the necessary meetings as well asidentifying and resolving conflicts
  • Supporting the agile teams and digital service owners in thecreation and organization of the product backlog
  • Continuous further development of agile methods andoptimization of processes
  • Activecollaboration in the design of related processes, including theintroduction of necessary further development initiatives
What you bring with you
  • Completed studies, e.g. in thefield of IT or comparable knowledge through several years ofrelevant practical experience
  • Experience inthe field of (agile) software development for web/app applicationsand DevOps
  • Experience in agile collaborationmethods (esp. Scrum), ideally as Scrum Master, PO or in acomparable role
  • Certification as ScrumMaster, Product Owner or Agile Coach desirable
  • Confident handling of project / organization tools,ideally Jira / Confluence
  • Soundmethodological competence in the field of common agile frameworks;knowledge of agile scaling desirable
  • Openand agile mindset, strong empathy and good improvisational skills

Your many years of loyalty to the company will alsopay off: you will receive an anniversary payment, staggeredaccording to your length of service.
