Estamos à procura de um/a GERENTE DE PROJETO para a nossa equipa de parques solares.
Atualmente, temos um importante projeto de construção em Soria prestes a começar e queremos que faças parte dele.

Tuas responsabilidades serão:
Cumprimento do escopo do contrato assinado com o cliente e gestão do projeto desde o início.

Liderar, controlar e gerir o projeto, reportando aos responsáveis dos diferentes departamentos e com suporte das pessoas atribuídas nesses mesmos departamentos.

Planejar e controlar a gestão dos escopos.
Planejar, monitorar e controlar os prazos do projeto.
Planejar, monitorar e controlar os riscos do projeto.
Planejar, controlar os custos do projeto.
Planejar, controlar os recursos do projeto.
Organização dos trabalhos buscando a máxima eficácia ao mínimo custo.
Programar, dirigir, coordenar e controlar a elaboração de estudos e projetos.
Supervisão, apoio e controle da execução dos estudos, projetos e obras.
Estabelecer normas e critérios técnicos para o desenvolvimento das atividades.
Reportar relatórios de acompanhamento do projeto com a periodicidade estabelecida.
Assistir e aconselhar o Diretor de EPC em assuntos de Projetos.
Emissão de relatórios sobre a aprovação de estudos, orçamentos e especificações de materiais e serviços.

Dirigir e controlar a elaboração de orçamentos para estudos, projetos e obras, bem como os termos de referência para a contratação de terceiros.

Estabelecer critérios para manter um sistema de planeamento e classificação de empresas e consultorias.
Coordenar com seus superiores e pessoal a seu cargo as obras executadas sob sua responsabilidade.

Controlo dos trabalhos, estabelecendo os recursos necessários e verificar a execução de todas as tarefas vinculadas com a instalação até a sua entrega ao cliente.

Conhecer os recursos disponíveis para a obra.
Administrar os recursos internos de administração e humanos disponíveis para a execução da obra.

Criar um ambiente de trabalho agradável, no qual as pessoas sintam que fazem parte de um projeto comum, que sua contribuição é fundamental para alcançar as metas.

Fomentar o trabalho em equipe, o companheirismo, a criatividade e um ambiente positivo.
Verificação documental de que os projetos cumprem com todos os regulamentos e diretrizes aplicáveis.

Verificar se as construções sob sua responsabilidade são executadas de acordo com os planos e documentação aprovados pelas licenças e permissões, ou, em sua falta, pelo cliente.

Manter um controlo e registo documental do processo construtivo.
Supervisionar as obras durante todo o processo e etapas de construção.
Ao término da obra, entregar ao proprietário todos os documentos técnicos da obra.
Aconselhar o proprietário da obra para que não cometa infrações ao regulamento por omissão ou ignorância do mesmo.
Tramitar perante a administração o final da obra, bem como com o proprietário.

Conhecer, compreender e aplicar o definido nos procedimentos e instruções técnicas aplicáveis em matéria de qualidade, meio ambiente e prevenção, incluindo a gestão correta dos resíduos gerados no desenvolvimento da sua atividade.

Em conformidade com a informação e formação recebidas, cumprir as medidas de prevenção estabelecidas, informando sobre qualquer condição insegura no seu trabalho.


Requisitos:
Formação técnica na área de engenharia.
Vasta experiência em gestão de projetos.3 anos a desempenhar funções de gerente de projeto.
Disponibilidade para viajar.
