What the job looks like:

  • Communicates with key Supply Chain partners ( Production Planning, External Supply, Demand Managers, etc.);
  • Become the main point of contact for our countries for all matters related to inventory and service levels;
  • Optimizes of Endtoend (E2E) Operational Plans across the value stream via proactive sensing and then resolving challenges within the supply chain in order to achieve optimal customer service and inventory outcomes;
  • Responsible for translating E2E process/capabilities to understand impact on inventory responsible for meeting inventory targets;
  • Develops and Executes E2E Net Requirements plans upstream through the supply chain;
  • Develops and Executes Distribution plans downstream through the supply chain, accounting for any upstream process constraints;
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Logistics, Production and Demand Managers to enhance the efficiency of product flow through our E2E network;
  • Highlights and escalates supply disruptions and works with functional partners to identify rootcause and to resolve supply issues and constraints;
  • Leads endtoend Planning meetings for each Value Stream in preparation for monthly Operational Reviews;
  • Understands and reviews available inventory positions, incoming shipments, and production capacities to determine the feasibility of meeting the net requirements;
  • Ensures Planning Parameters and indicators are effectively set/managed;
  • Manages value stream planning activities derived from products phasein phaseout;
  • Connects with key Supply Chain partners to provide Supply input into the S&OP/IBP process, including transparency of risks and opportunities. Participates in S&OP forums as applicable;

What you'll bring to the table

  • University Degree or equivalent;
  • You have experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Factory planning or Inventory Management roles within the Supply chain (ideally in Pharma or FMCG);
  • You have good communication skills and possess a high level of English (written and spoken is mandatory);
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP-R3;
  • You are able to lead projects and others to successfully achieve project, team and personal goals;
  • You are able to build strong collaborative relationships, considering diverse perspectives and styles;
  • You enjoy new challenges, projects and working in a multicultural environment;
  • You have the ability to influence others in a matrix environment and to "think outside the box", challenging the status quo;
  • You are a Team player and quality/serviceoriented;
  • Able to balance priorities and high proactivity;
  • Analytical, planning and problemsolving skills will be a plus.
