Position Description:

CGI is looking for a SharePoint Online DevOps to join our team.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Work on the Intranet in an agile team to regularly experiment, iterate, and deliver new product increments with an endtoend responsibility.
  • In case of Production incident, provide a fix resolution within the SLA target.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner, the Dev Team and other partners teams
  • Produce high quality and welldocumented code in an automated CI/CD and staging environment.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development cycle as part of a Scrum team
  • Although you specialize in SharePoint development, you are still capable of contributing as a full stack developer.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Skills:

  • 4+ years of SharePoint Framework (SPFX) experience with Visual Code
  • Excellent knowledge of REACT
  • Must have 2 to 4+ years of handson SharePoint development experience for Modern Site (mandatory).
  • Demonstrable experience with SharePoint Online projects (Communication Site, Team Site)
  • Experience with design, development and deployment of enterprise level SharePoint portals using scripting tools (PowerShell)
  • Excellent knowledge of Powershell (Module PNP)
  • Must have 2+ years of handson SharePoint development experience for Classic Publishing portal.
  • Excellent knowledge of TypeScript
  • Good knowledge of SharePoint C# / CSOM
  • Good knowledge with UI languages / frameworks such as Fluent (Office Fabric) jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, JSON
  • Good knowledge of NodeJS / NPM / Gulp / Webpack
  • Good Knowledge of SharePoint Online Administration
  • Interested in true agile development delivery and understanding of its importance in creating the most effective product
  • English fluent
  • Communication skills

Proficient / Willing to Learn:

  • Office 365 Development (Graph API)
  • Backend Development: ASP.Net Core, C#
  • Azure Development: Web App, App Registration, Key Vault, Azure Function
  • Azure Storage: SQL, AZURE TABLE, BLOB
  • Familiar with automating processes in CI/CD environment via Azure DevOps
  • Familiar with git version control and common branching strategies
  • Familiar with RESTful architectures,.Net WCF, WebAPI, JWT
