Support Staff
  • First LevelDescription: Important contact for our Digital Solution customers when it comes to answering questions and solving problems related to our cloud services.
In this role, you work closely with our customers and internal technical teams to ensure that inquiries are processed quickly and efficiently and that our customers are satisfied with the performance and reliability of our cloud solutions.

Advanced:
More than 3 years of work experience in IT support or customer service and possess advanced knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud

Skills:
Advanced knowledge of cloud computing and cloud architecturesExperience handling customer inquiries and problem-solving in complex environments according to ITILDeep understanding of IT systems, network technologies, and security aspectsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to diagnose and solve complex technical problemsExperience collaborating with internal technical teams and support expertsExpert: More than 5 years of work experience in IT support or customer service and possess comprehensive knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Second LevelDescription: Responsible for handling complex and technically demanding customer inquiries that go beyond first level support.
