Risk Dedicated Solutions is in charge of delivering dedicated solutions for RISK reporting streams and supporting RISK missions and transformation
RDS 0- Risk Reporting & Analytics team aims to provide support services to its users in the creation, maintenance and evolution of BI solutions, enabling RISK teams to produce different dashboards for the Group's credit & operational risks (e.g. risk profile steering, risk measures, risk monitoring, etc.)
The systems involved are:
SAS Risk, a platform that allows RISK users to prepare data, produce several analysis and reporting for credit analysts, top management and regulators; DARK (Data Analytics RisK), a platform that allows RISK SGCP users to go further in their reporting by producing dashboards which are user-friendly, dynamic and configurable; and DERIK RB (DEclic data for RisK efficiency Retail Banking), which provides users with an industrial tool to manage information coming from alerting systems
In Lisbon, the team will be in charge of building a new reporting platform to industrialize the needs expressed by RISK EM team and support the several initiatives launched by other business teams, more particular, those related to the implementation of RISK Data Services framework
The objective is to understand the needs expressed by the business team and then to implement a coherent solution, based on the existing group service offers
Your Main Activities Are
Understand and analyse the needs coming from the business team, proposing sustainable solutions in line with the entity's strategic plan and converting them into detailed requirements and functional specifications
Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts;
Lead functional workshops with business teams or main contributors
Contribute to the deployment of RISK Data Services functionalities / achievements (use cases, historical data, operational target model, etc.)
Participate in the decommissioning of obsolete IT systems
Test all specified functionalities to ensure the quality of the developments produced by the team and the adequacy of the feature with the expressed need
Ensure the implementation of the new features and changes in production environment
Follow the go live process, compare the impacts towards expectations and propose adjustments when needed
Increase the satisfaction of the internal customers and various contributors, through regular communication
Act as a reference in the function and capitalize on the gathered experience to share knowledge, train and coach others
Profile and Skills to Success
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
At least 5 years relevant professional experience as a business analyst
Previous banking experience
Knowledge of credit risk
Knowledge SQL
Knowledge of SAS, Tableau, Dataiku, Apache NiFi and/or JIRA
Deep knowledge of BI architectures
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Good communication skills and proficiency in English (spoken and written)
