Role Overview:As a B2 Level German-Speaking Content Moderator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our platform by reviewing, analyzing, and moderating user-generated content in German. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all content meets our guidelines and standards, contributing to a safe and enriching online experience for our users.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content in German, including text, images, and videos, to identify and address violations of our policies.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation, adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues, provide feedback, and implement solutions for improving content quality.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging threats related to content moderation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation processes and tools through feedback and suggestions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German at a B2 level or above, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze content objectively and impartially.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions independently within a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with online platforms and social media trends.
  • Prior experience in content moderation or customer support is desirable but not required.
