Wir sind mehr als 900 Frulacteans, die ihr Know-how von unseren Standorten in Europa (Portugal, Frankreich, Deutschland und Schweiz), Nordamerika (Kanada) und Afrika (Marokko und Südafrika) an unsere Kunden weitergeben. Der Hauptsitz von Frulact befindet sich in Maia und die Gruppe wird von Ardian, einem weltweit führenden privaten Investmentunternehmen, beteiligt.

Wir suchen eine/n stellvertretende/n Leiter/in (m/w/d) für den
**Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung (R&D Deputy Manager)** für den Standort Emmerich.

**Aufgaben**:

- Produktentwicklung
- Definitionsformulierung basierend auf der Verfügbarkeit von Rohstoffen und der Einhaltung von Vorschriften
- Empfang und Analyse von Briefings
- Durchführung von technischem Informationsaustausch mit Kunden
- Erstellung und Testen von Mustern und Formeln sowie Nachverfolgung der Muster
- Anforderung von Rohstoffproben und weitere Überprüfung auf Einhaltung der bestehenden Vorschriften und internen Standards (GMOs, Allergene, koscherer Status usw.)
- Testen und Auswerten neuer Rohstoffe in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Zutatenspezialisten
- Kosteneinsparungen bei der Formulierungsentwicklung, entweder durch spezifische Kundenanfragen oder durch interne Einsparungen
- Nachverfolgung von industriellen Versuchen
- Kundenmanagement
- Überwachung von Kundenbesuchen / -audits bei Frulact
- Förderung / Gewährleistung von proaktiven Präsentationen für Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Vertrieb
- Überwachung der täglichen Aktivitäten des Forschungs
- und Entwicklungsteams

**Anforderungen**:

- Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Bereich, wie Lebensmitteltechnologie oder einer gleichwertigen Ausbildung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einem verwandten Bereich
- Bevorzugte Erfahrung im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung von Zutaten
- Detailtreue, Selbstorganisation, effektives Zeitmanagement
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Belastbarkeit und Fähigkeit, in einer schnelllebigen Umgebung zu arbeiten
- Zielorientierung und effektives managen von Veränderungen
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
