Job Description:

  • Active participation in the development of a strategic vision for marketing platforms and digital experiences, aligned with the company's objectives;
  • Monitoring of platform performance, through data analysis, development of metrics and creation of reporting/dashboards, in order to implement a continuous optimization strategy;
  • Collaborative work with the Traffic Acquisition, UX and Commercial Dynamics teams in identifying conversion issues and developing and implementing testing plans (A/B and multivariate), with the goal of improving conversion on paid and unpaid channels;
  • Contribution to the delivery of new features/improvements in the various digital products/assets (e.g. Website / APP / Simulators / Client Area);
  • Definition of user stories and their acceptance criteria, as well as monitoring the evaluation of development effort estimates, with internal and external partners in context;
  • Prioritization of the backlog, oriented to the maximum impact of results on the value chain;
  • Participation and coordination of tests, certifying alignment with requirements, test case definition/validation, and evidence gathering;
  • Preparing presentations and communicating the progress of projects and platforms in a clear, regular and structured manner.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in ecommerce, technology, consulting or similar (+ 5 years);
  • Consolidated knowledge of analytics tools (Adobe, Google Analytics), Google Optimize and similar conversion testing tools;
  • Basic HTML and Javascript technical know how in the perspective of implementation validation and requirements analysis;
  • MS Office skills (advanced knowledge of MS Excel);
  • Use of tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and ability to plan and monitor IT projects;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Stakeholder management competence;
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
