Position: Global Learning Delivery, Instructional Designer
- Utilize Articulate Storyline and other tools to develop interactive e-learning modules, simulations, and assessments.
- Collaborate with instructional design team(s) to ensure consistency in approaches and design standards.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging e-learning experiences.
- Design graphics, animations, and interactive elements to enhance learner engagement.
- Address technical issues in Articulate Storyline development and provide solutions.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure project functionality and accessibility.
- Stay updated on best practices in Articulate Storyline development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- MS or MBA preferred.
- Experience in instructional design and multimedia development.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in English and Portuguese.
Preferred:
- Experience with enterprise software platforms like SAP.
- Familiarity with LMS and SCORM standards.
- Knowledge of graphic design and multimedia production.
- Certification in instructional design or e-learning development.
