Klingt das interessant für Sie?**Dann werden Sie Teil unseres globalen Teams als Corporate Insurance Expert (w/m/d) - Employee Benefits, um in unserem globalen Expertenteam für Benefits, Pensions & Mobility Verantwortung für wesentliche Themengebiete, Koordinationen und Prozesse zu übernehmen.**

**Wählen Sie den besten Ort für Ihre Arbeit - **im Rahmen dieser Stelle ist es in Abstimmung mit Ihrer Führungskraft möglich, bis zu einem durchschnittlichen Volumen von 60% der jeweiligen Arbeitszeit mobil (innerhalb Deutschlands) zu arbeiten.**Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:
In unserem globalen Team übernehmen Sie die Koordination der lokalen Vertrags-Verlängerung (Renewals) unserer versicherten Benefits, die Pflege der Globale Datenbanken, und Aufgaben im Rahmen der Finanzierung und Analyse der internationalen Benefits-Programme (z.B. Pools und Captive)
-Sie unterstützen die Weiterentwicklung der Benefits und Finanz Strategie, die Erstellung von Corporate Governance Guidelines und stellen deren Umsetzung in Regionen und Länder sicher (inkl. Compliance und Datenschutz)
-Sie verantworten das Versicherungs
- und Benefit Design für globale Versicherungen (e.g. für Dienstreisen und Expats), die Kommunikation und operative Themen inkl. Prozessoptimierung, und sind somit Ansprechpartner*in für Broker, Versicherer und die internen und externen Schnittstellen
-Sie unterstützen globale / lokale Vertragsverhandlungen mit den Versicherern im Zuge von Vertragsanpassungen, -verlängerungen oder -neuausschreibungen und unterstützen die Länder bei der Analyse von Schadensreports, und dem Festlegen von entsprechenden Maßnahmen
-Sie verantworten die Datenmeldungen, Abrechnungen und die interne Verrechnung mit den jeweiligen Versicherern bzw. internen Partner*innen
-Sie unterstützen M&A und Carve Out -Projekte, und sind dabei insbesondere für die Integration, Harmonisierung und Stand Alone Positionierung der versicherten Leistungen zuständig
-Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Leitung Ihnen zugeordnete globaler, funktionsübergreifender Projekte (z.B. im Bereich DE&I, Optimierung der Value Chain bzw. Administration, Digitalisierung oder Health & Wellbeing) und steuern diese funktional aus
-Sie sind Vertrauensperson/Consultant unsere regionalen und lokalen Teams für das Design und die Employee Experience der effektiver Benefits-Lösungen und unterstützen die Ländern und Regionen bei die Optimierung, Administration und Kommunikation von Benefits
- **Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrung**:
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Master-Studium mit relevanten Schwerpunkten, idealerweise Betriebswirtschaft, Versicherungswirtschaft oder Mathematik-
- Sie bringen langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit, die Sie entweder in einem Konzernumfeld oder bei einem Multi Line Employee Benefits Versicherer, Makler oder Beratungsunternehmen gesammelt haben im Bereich International Employee Benefits und/oder Mobility Management.-
- Sie haben erfolgreich Richtlinien implementiert, diese operativ umgesetzt, und Vertragsverhandlungen erfolgreich abgeschlossen-
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Optimierung von relevanten Prozessen und Abläufen sowie mit Change-Management und Global Data Base Coordination-
- Kenntnisse der vertraglichen Versicherung Systematiken (Terms & Conditions) Versicherungsmathematik und Schadensanalysen sind ein Plus-
