We are seeking an adaptable B2B Digital Marketing Consultant (French Speaker) to join our experienced team at Blu Selection in Lisbon.

  • Daily support to existing customers in the B2B market and identifying sales opportunities
  • Establishing trusted relationships with key decision-makers in the marketing industry and online advertising strategy consultants
  • Understanding your customers' business objectives to deliver effective online advertising solutions
  • Providing strategic campaign support and advertising training to empower your customers
  • Driving sales growth through customer up-selling
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results

Skills, qualifications, and interests necessary to excel in this role:

  • Proficiency in French and a good level of English (minimum B2)
  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • Background in sales or marketing
  • General understanding or interest in online marketing products
  • Strategic thinking abilities
  • Commitment to excellence and professionalism
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Team player mindset and willingness to collaborate with diverse nationalities

What's included in this opportunity?

  • Fixed-term contract for one year, renewable annually
  • Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8 am to 5 pm (40 hrs/week)
  • Training: 5 weeks fully paid
  • Salary conditions (*) - 2 options:

a.) Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 990€ gross/month + bonus of up to 900€ per quarter
b.) Without accommodation: 1080€ gross/month + bonus of up to 900€ per quarter
(* Compensation during training period 100%)

For international applicants:

  • Flight cost reimbursement after 9 months
  • Airport pick-up
  • Annual return ticket to home country (within the EU)
  • Assistance with paperwork, bank account opening, etc.
  • Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events
