ROLE PURPOSERESPONSABILITIES**- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and document detailed process requirements.
- Develop comprehensive process maps that accurately represent current state workflows.
- Identify potential gaps and missing activities within the process.
- Responsible to organize and maintain recurrent meetings with process SME and work closely with several stakeholders to implement changes and enhancements in GEMS platform.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on process improvement initiatives.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate the progress findings and progress to key stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in business process analysis and mapping.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., BPMN).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Project management skills are a plus.
