About this opportunity

New team member for the Investments Business Support team located in Lisbon.

The Investments Business Support team provides operational and administrative support to the investment boutiques, trading functions and the External Manager Selection function.

We are seeking a new team member to assist with the following responsibilities:

What you'll be doing:
Regulatory requirements related to Investments and Trading. Broker Management (approval, coordination, reviews, monitoring). Research Management (contracting, budgets, reviews, payments and systems). Administrative Trade support (transaction cost analysis documentation and Best Execution committee support). Ad hoc administrative tasks for management in Investments. Advising and managing the commercial, legal and operational aspects related to the selection of external managers. Ensure that the outsourcing of portfolio management is in accordance and compliant with regulations. Understanding the commercial and regulatory changes in the asset management sector.

Cover day-to-day actions with external managers and internal stakeholders and represent the manager selection team in the operational integration of external asset managers and products.

Ensure the mitigation of operational and compliance risks through the implementation and monitoring of key controls and business procedures.

Supporting the organization, developing tools to improve the processes and procedures in the field of governance, compliance and operational risk area of manager selection.

The role is based in Oeiras.

Your experience and background:
Master of science or bachelor in Business administration, law, economics or similar. 2 or more years of experience, and preferable from a relevant or similar job. Structured and organised. Fluent in English (written and spoken). If this sounds like you, get in touch
