Tasks

Der Job.

Als Digital Marketing Customer Advisor arbeitest du für ein Unternehmen in der Social Media Branche.

**Deine Hauptaufgaben sind**:
Du bietest deinen Kunden Support per Chat, E-Mail und Telefon
Du verbesserst durch Produkt
- und Tool-Support die Kundenzufriedenheit
Du erreichst und übertriffst die individuellen und Teamziele durch Einhaltung von Verfahren und Qualitätsvereinbarungen

**Requirements**:
Das Profil.

Du hast ein muttersprachliches Deutsch-Niveau und fließendes Englisch (mindestens B2-C1).
Du hast Erfahrungen im Bereich Kundenservice und Social Media Marketing
Du hast sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Du bist bereit. Pre
- und Post-Sales-Support für alle Produkte zur Verfügung zu stellen
Du bist motiviert, zuverlässig und engagiert bei der Arbeit
Du strebst nach Exzellenz und Professionalität

**Benefits**:

**Vertragsart**: ein langfristiger befristeter Vertrag, der jedes Jahr verlängert werden kann.

**Arbeitszeiten**: Vollzeit
- oder Teilzeitarbeitsplätze in Wechselschichten (projektabhängig)

**Gehaltsbedingungen Optionen**:
a) Inklusive kostenloser Unterkunft (Wohngemeinschaft, alle Rechnungen inklusive): 950€ brutto/Monat

**b) Ohne Unterkunft**: 1.400€ brutto/Monat
