Here's your chance to be part of the Digital Experience Planning team that is leading the charge.- As a Digital Experience Planner, you will deliver consumer-focused digital experience plans (both seasonal and ad hoc) that determine what campaign-specific content adidas should run across a range of marketing channels, based on adidas campaign and content strategy frameworks.- Besides working with other Digital Experience Planners in your immediate team to deliver plans, you will spend much of your time collaborating with Global and Local marketing teams across the business so, as well as a top-notch grasp of how to create plans that deliver against wider company and specific project objectives, and a finger on the pulse of digital innovations, outstanding stakeholder management is a must-have for this role.

- Key Responsibilities
Experience Planning

  • Deliver detailed experience plans (think content experiences in the main) to category and cross category digital marketing teams.
These will include calendarized channel-based content solutions anchored to agreed KPIs, as well as deliverables lists that production companies and agencies use to determine what still and moving images they need to capture on shoots, and what assets they need to deliver to adidas.

  • Investigate new content formats (both in and outside of adidas) with a view to deploying them in the campaigns you are working on.
  • Collaborate with User Experience, Product and Analytics teams to understand digitally relevant consumer and commercial drivers and in house digital products and reflect them in your plans.
  • Deliver project wrap up reports, using various analytics tools to determine the results.
  • Communication
  • Communicate plans to stakeholders within your area of responsibility, providing transparency on deliverables and timelines for the upcoming season, including creation and leveraging of assets.
  • Optimization
  • Create, implement and share planning and content best practices with Global and Market stakeholders.
  • Optimize seasonal plans based on results and insights.
Collaborate with other digital functions to reflect consumer insights in your seasonal plans.

  • Success Measurement
  • Ensure that the digital plans in your area of responsibility are in alignment with time and quality requirements of Brand and Digital KPIs.
  • Identify and minimize risks for the seasonal digital plans in your scope and ensure risks are transparent to internal and external stakeholders.
  • People Management
  • Provide team members/direct reports with clear direction and targets that are aligned to business needs, and create an environment and culture that allows them to achieve these.
  • Create a motivational and supportive work environment, in which employees are coached, trained and provided with career opportunities.

  • Requirements
Education & Professional Experience

  • Degree in marketing, media or journalism.
-8+ years of professional experience in a digitally-focused marketing or editorial planning role at a global brand, with direct experience of content or experience planning.

  • A track record of cross functional stakeholder management at various levels of seniority.
-2+ years of direct line management.

  • Hard Skills
  • Expert understanding of technical and creative aspects of digital (with a focus on mobile).
  • Delivery of strategically aligned marketing tactics (and ability to show how content/experience delivers against KPIs).
  • Ability to create plans and business cases, using relevant software
  • Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Airtable and Miro.
  • Comfortable working with new platforms and technologies.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Soft Skills
  • Solid communication skills must be comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels, both in person and remotely.
  • Sensitive line management.
  • A high level of organization.
  • Ability to understand consumer behavior across the entire digital landscape.
  • Ability to handle pressure and untangle complex situations into actionable activities.
  • Solution orientated attitude.
