As our team is growing, so is our People Experience (PX) Team We're looking for an Office & Team Intern with a keen eye for high quality execution to join our rapidly growing teams in the lovely city of Lisbon.

What your day-to-day will look like:
Ensuring that xgeeks' office in Lisbon is fully operational and processes are running smoothly, constantly;
Supporting Office & Team Assistants in other locations to make sure a homogenous experience is created across locations;
Supporting the day-to-day operations and processes in our fast-growing team (i.e., managing travel arrangements, office supply management, assisting controlling and reporting);
Contacting suppliers, visitors and local stakeholders (i.e., landlord, office vendors or other service providers resolving issues regarding cleaning staff, IT-related failures, malfunctioning of office equipment, etc.);
Organizing necessary orders for office supplies, managing stocks properly;
Supporting the People Experience team in creating the best work experience ever (i.e., support onboarding, offboarding and other people processes);
Supporting social events (i.e., parties, meetups, celebrations, team events), bringing together our team, clients, and the tech ecosystem around us;
Supporting with health and safety at work processes;
Supporting accounting processes.

What we expect from you:


You have studies in administrative area or similar, and just finishing them; You have exceptional organization and multitasking skills; You are structured, goal and solution oriented; You're well-versed handling of MS office; You demonstrate integrity, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, empathy and solution-oriented mindset; You are a fast learner, and you push your limits by learning new things every day and put those learnings into practice; You have strong communication skills both in English and Portuguese (written and spoken); You enjoy building and developing trust-based relationships with a big team of diverse people, local stakeholders and other KI group members.


Nice-to-Have:

You have passion and knowledge about entrepreneurial communities, technology and networking; You have event management interest or experience.
